What is your lead-time for liquor shelves?
Our most commonly requested units are in stock and will ship immediately after finish is
complete. Typically other units and custom orders can be built and finished in 10 business
days. We follow strict finish techniques that add a few days to the project, but ensure you
receive a top quality liquor shelf. Back to the top
Do you have all items in stock?
Yes, we keep reasonable inventory of all materials necessary to build your liquor shelves.
We have several LED light kits and replacement remote controls in stock for new orders
as well as back-up supply should replacements be necessary. Most species of wood
including Pine, Cherry, Oak, and Walnut are all in stock, and other exotic materials are in
stock with our local suppliers. Top
Can you replace lights if needed?
Yes. The lights are not permanently mounted, so if needed, replacing the lights are very easy to
replace. Remember, your unit will have a 2-year written warranty on all lighting systems. Top
What is your warranty on the units?
Our warranty is a written 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Should any item fail in
the first 2 years of purchase, simply return it for a replacement. Top
What are the material options you offer for the units?
Please see the materials section for photos and complete details on the components used in
our standard liquor shelves. Remember, we will attempt to build anything you need including
metal liquor shelves, reclaimed materials, or any exotic material you can dream up.

How many bottles will each unit hold?
Typically 750ml liquor bottles are 3” in diameter. Many specialty bottles will have unique shapes,
but for a quick calculation add up the TOTAL length of the shelf (Length x number of levels)
then divide that number by 3. For example: A 2-step 36” unit contains 72” of display area, or
enough room for about 24 bottles. Top
Can the units be stained or painted a custom color?
Sure! We have all the Minwax stains in stock, and over the years have matched custom colors
requested by customers. The best way to complete a custom color stain match is to send us
a sample of the color you are trying to match. Sometime a quality photo will work, but it’s
always better to have the actual wood to match not only stain color, but wood species. Top
Can I approve the finish before confirming my order?
Sure! As highlighted, we use Minwax brand stain products. They have have been very consistent
from batch to batch and have matched customers other finishes accurately. If you want to be
100% sure, for a small fee ($20.00), we can stain and send out a sample piece so you can
confirm stain (or paint color) match. If approved and you order a unit, we will credit
back the sample fee on your purchase. Top
What acrylic top options do you offer?
We offer (4) acrylic tops for your liquor bottle displays.
1/8” Clear acrylic
1/8” Frosted acrylic
1/4” Clear acrylic
1/4” Frosted acrylic
While it might sound thin, 1/8” acrylic is plenty strong enough to support as many liquor bottles
as you can fit on the shelf. With the depth of the shelf at only 5” deep, the 1/8” acrylic will
cover the span and have very little deflection. We also offer the acrylic tops in 1/4” thickness.
This isn’t needed for strength, just appearance. For commercial owners that remove and wash
the acrylic tops regularly, the 1/4” may be less likely to get damaged. Top
Do you manufacturer liquor shelf units for outdoor applications?
Yes, we simply recommend a wood that will perform in the elements like redwood, cedar, teak,
or mahogany. Fortunately, the wood costs are a relatively small percentage of the cost of
our liquor shelves, so upgrading to a wood that will perform in the elements is affordable.
We would also recommend waterproof LED lights. Even though the lights might be protected
from a roof or overhang, the system would still be exposed to high levels of moisture. Top
What other items do you offer for bars?
We’d like to think if it is made from wood, we can make it. As craftsmen and professionally
trained cabinet makers, there’s not much we will not try. How about small columns beside the
liquor bottle shelf display, or a custom cabinet for the dart board? We will do everything we can
to build one-of-a- kind custom products for your bar, and at reasonable prices. Top

What performance can I expect from the lighting system?
You can expect to dazzle your friends or customers with super bright LED lights! Oh, you mean
how long will they last? According to the manufacturer, the light systems are rated between
50,000 and 100,000 hours of use. For peace of mind, we offer a no excuses 2-year written warranty

Can lights be synchronized to music?
Yes, there is a special devise that can be added and will make the lights react to the beat of the

Do the lights produce heat, or need ventilation?
No, because they are low voltage and use VERY little energy, the lights omit almost no heat. The
location in the display shelf is sufficient for long-term performance of the LED system and will
create no additional heat. Top

What is the lead-time for custom units?
Typical lead-time is 1-2 weeks, All materials are in stock and built within a 7-day production
schedule. Stain and finish requires 3-4 days and can’t be rushed, so it is longest part of
custom orders. Unfinished custom liquor shelves could arrive the quickest. Top
Do you offer commercial customers a discount?
We start with the lowest possible prices for all customers, but we can create individual pricing

Do you offer delivery, set-up, and installation of the units?
Yes, we can make all the arrangements for custom and commercial installations. Remember,
nearly all of our units are fully assembled and ready to plug in and begin using immediately,
